Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensures EXCELLENT Customer Service is maintained and questions and concerns are escalated properlyShows a great attitude, a "Yes" mentality and an "eager to help" demeanorInteracts and communicates with potential candidates and future employees, including sending offers of employmentActs as first point of contact for employees to answer questions and resolve concernsParticipates in employee investigations Signs contracts and agreements and completes new hire paperwork with new employees to complete on-boarding processFollows processes to ensure all spreadsheets are updated and staffing is tracked accuratelyActs as liaison with members of the Leadership Team including the Chief Financial Officer to ensure position and salary approvalsCompiles and maintains all potential candidate filesVerifies credentials of all potential candidatesAssists with maintaining all current and terminated employee filesAssists with compiling data for state and federal auditsOther duties as assigned.
