Job Summary
The Generalist may have the following duties in addition to those for HR Generalist - labor relations activities, complex employee relations matters, and highly sensitive investigations.
Job Responsibilities
Manages assigned programs; investigates employee relations issues; advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies, and effective HR practice; performs special projects as assigned.
Education
Required: Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience
Experience
Required: 4 years in Human Resources
Certifications
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
