We're growing and want you to be a part of it. We are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. Summary: The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role encompasses various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The HR Generalist will collaborate with multiple departments to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiriesCoordinate benefits programs and communicate changes to employees.Assist with HR personnel and day-to-day operations/functions.Make recommendations to the HR Manager and HR Director for necessary changes related to function, process, and/or role.Assist with payroll records and audits such as timecards, PTO, deduction changes, etc.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Maintain accurate employee records and prepare required compliance reports.Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Educate employees on company policies and culture initiatives.Participate in or lead special HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion programs, engagement surveys, or wellness initiatives.Complete employment verifications.Manage HR Inboxes and respond accordingly or complete potential related tasks.Manage monthly benefit billing for different plans.Reconcile benefit allocations such as Medical, 401K, and HSA.Contribute to process improvements and HR system enhancements.Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of HR experience; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail while meeting deadlines.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
