• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants• Coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification• Manage new-hire onboarding programs• Provide effective employee training• Assist with benefit programs and leave requests• Conduct I-9 verification and personnel file management• Manage disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations• Handle sensitive or complex matters• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field• Minimum of three years experience in Human Resources• Ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies• Conflict resolution skills• Strong sense of responsibility• Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software• Sense of humor
