Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various HR team members to understand the interconnectivity of different HR functions.• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR leadership team.• Assist with the coordination and execution of HR initiatives and projects across various CoEs.• Participate in meetings and collaborative sessions, providing support in note-taking and action item tracking.• Facilitate communication and information flow within the HR department and across different CoEs.• Support the HR team in the preparation of presentations, reports, and HR documentation.• Contribute to the research and analysis of HR trends and best practices to inform departmental strategies.• Engage in data entry, record-keeping, and maintenance of HR databases and systems.• Offer logistical support for HR events, workshops, and training sessions.• Provide assistance in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
• High School Diploma• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.• Strong academic record (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA) and a passion for Human Resources
