Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters Administer performance management and talent development programs Maintain accurate HR records and reports Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals Requirements:
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a small to medium-sized company Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g. Title VII, FLSA, CA employment laws) Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g. Paychex, ADP) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Work Culture:
