In Kansas City, Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FM&T) manages and operates the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Kansas City National Security Campus. This state-of-the-art engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing facility produces a wide array of intricate components to deliver trusted national security products and government services primarily for the NNSA. This position will be in Kansas City, MO Primary Responsibilities:
This role will lead HR strategies with cross-functional teams and leaders to be the liaison HR services and actively engage in talent acquisition, organizational development, talent management, coaching and employee relations issues. This role will provide expertise and support of complex initiatives and resolve diverse business issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a HR liaison to divisional and department units
Resolves complex issues related to the development and implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
Builds a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by attracting developing and retaining top talent
Drives continuous improvement and leads change
Gains understanding of the business to allow strong partnering in support of business objectives
Leads job analyses and supports the development of job descriptions
Investigates and participates in resolution of allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair treatment, etc.
Uses knowledge of CBA to resolve union and management concerns

You Must Have:
Minimum of seven years HR experience
Bachelor's degree (HR, organizational behavior, business administration, or something related)
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
United States Citizenship
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)
