This is a key management role which will lead a wide array of human resources functions in support of 175+ valued employees who work for Liberty at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK.
The Greer Center is an intermediate care facility which supports adults who are living with developmental disabilities.
As Liberty Healthcare's HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new staff Working with managers to address personnel issues Promoting a high performance culture Fostering employee engagement Developing and implementing retention strategies Managing workmen's compensation claims Advising on employment law Serving a contributing member of the facility's leadership team Partnering with Liberty Healthcare's corporate HR, Payroll, Legal, Performance Improvement and Recruiting teams As a full-time employee of Liberty, you can expect:

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
At least five years of human resources management experience with an organization of 100+ employees Very strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously A Bachelor's degree and/or a SHRM certification is preferred.
