Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with Site Leadership to devise and execute strategic talent management plans.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at driving organizational change and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with overarching business objectives.
• Uphold compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HR service delivery, optimizing processes for enhanced efficacy.
• Manage employee relations matters with sensitivity and resolve conflicts proactively.
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a sizable organization, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of success in navigating high-volume environments with frontline workers.
• Demonstrated proficiency in devising and implementing HR talent strategies that drive business results.
• Extensive expertise in technical HR management, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
Pay $95K - $120K Per Year
Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
