Our client is looking for a Human Resources Partner.
This is a direct hire position.

Industry: Automotive or Manufacturing

Language Requirement: Bilingual in Korean / English

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to join our team, supporting our dynamic workforce within the automotive/manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English and will leverage their HR expertise to provide strategic guidance, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

•5years of HR experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

•Bilingual in Korean and English (required).

•Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws relevant to manufacturing/automotive environments.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.

•Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.

•Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with discretion.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

•Experience in bilingual communication for HR policy rollouts and team training sessions.
