So, what will the Human Resources Personnel Actions Analyst at Terrestris do? The Human Resources Personnel Actions Analyst responsible for managing, analyzing, and processing personnel actions within the human resources department. This includes ensuring accurate documentation, processing of employee status changes, and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and organizational requirements. The analyst plays a key role in overseeing various HR functions such as promotions, transfers, terminations, leave of absences, and compensation adjustments, ensuring all actions are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
What does a typical day look like for a Human Resources Personnel Actions Analyst? A Human Resources Personnel Actions Analyst's day is dynamic. The role involves reviewing and verifying personnel action requests, ensuring they meet organizational and legal standards, and processing them within required timelines. The analyst also prepares reports and maintains proper documentation for these actions, supporting HR audits and ensuring employee records are up to date. In addition, the analyst serves as a liaison between HR, payroll, and benefits teams, addressing employee inquiries regarding the impact of personnel actions on benefits, compensation, and leave.
What qualifications do you look for? You
might be the person we're looking for if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management.
OR
• 5+ years' experience in HR Analytics at the BDE S1 or Division G1 Level.
AND
• The Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPSS-A) – Army HR Professional Training Certification.
AND
• Microsoft (MS) Power Business Intelligence (BI) Certification
