So, what will the Human Resources Personnel Management Analyst at Terrestris do? The Human Resources Personnel Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the human resources department by analyzing and interpreting employee data, managing personnel records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations, and contributing to the development of HR strategies. What does a typical day look like for a Human Resources Personnel Management Analyst? A Human Resources Personnel Management Analyst's day is dynamic. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, generating HR reports, and providing insights into workforce trends and performance. The analyst plays a key role in ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies, monitoring changes in regulations, and assisting in internal audits. Additionally, the analyst supports recruitment efforts by evaluating staffing needs, turnover rates, and employee retention, while also assisting with onboarding processes. The position requires analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and supporting the development and implementation of performance management systems.
What qualifications do you look for? You
might be the person we're looking for if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management.
OR
• 5+ years' experience in HR Analytics at the BDE S1 or Division G1 Level.
AND
• The Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPSS-A) – Army HR Professional Training Certification.
AND
• Microsoft (MS) Power Business Intelligence (BI) Certification
