Job Responsibilities: Scheduling of Interviews, preemployment screenings, and onboarding appointments.Reviewing and dispositioning candidates within the Applicant Tracking System.Conduct Co-Op Interviews.Coordinate and help run Co-Op Events.Attend career fairs and other recruiting events.Collection of Co-Op program participant feedback.Lead the Co-Op Ambassador Program and meetings.Various other Human Resources tasks as assigned.Job Qualifications: Ability to work 40 hours per week.Must be pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree within Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Great verbal and written communicator.Strong organizational & time management skills.Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
