Responsibilities
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements• Manage payroll tasks including checking timesheets for accuracy and processing paychecks• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation programs, and employee offboarding• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures• Collect, organize, and process documents such as agreements, non-disclosure contracts, and payroll documents• Maintain accurate employee records and update information as necessary• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues• Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)• Proficient in using HR software systems such as Oracle, Workday, Paycor, etc.• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures• Strong understanding of benefits administration and payroll processes• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion• Five years of experience in a Human Resources related role (required)
