Position Overview:The Human Resources Specialist will focus on developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies, working closely with hiring managers to meet departmental staffing needs, and guiding candidates through the full-cycle recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute customized recruiting plans to attract a diverse and highly skilled talent pool. Leverage various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with universities and professional organizations.Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across all departments, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment on role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating feedback sessions, to extending offers and supporting the onboarding experience.Support Human Resource Functions: Assist with broader HR duties, including benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and communication strategies.
