Responsibilities
• Review, track, and document compliance with training and work assessments• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs• Administer and execute human resource programs• Handle employment-related inquiries and maintain compliance with employment laws• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR• Enter, maintain, and process information in the payroll system• Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions and tax deposits• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/talent management systems• Proficient in payroll software• Ability to prioritize tasks and act with integrity and professionalism
