Job summary
Sales Outfitter providing counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms.Supports world class customer service and assists customers in making buying decisions.Promotes programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick up.

Responsibilities
• Provides customer service and sales of Floor Hunting/Archery Merchandise.• Greets and acknowledges customers in a prompt and friendly manner.• Handles merchandise with care and provides information, assistance, and direction to customers.• Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store.• Replenishes product on shelves per merchandising guidelines.• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintains pricing and signing.• Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves.• Keeps work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.• Follows all company policies and procedures.• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.• Must be 18 years of age or older.
