We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Permanent MEP Commissioning Engineer (HVAC, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, LEED) to join our dynamic team in the MEP/AEC industry.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional technical understanding of HVAC systems and construction mechanical/electrical engineering, with a proven track record of 5+ years in the field.

Responsibilities
As an MEP Commissioning Engineer (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, building construction), your responsibilities will include:
1.
Designing, installing, and commissioning HVAC systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
2.
Conducting comprehensive system testing to ensure optimal performance and compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
3.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
4.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
5.
Preparing detailed reports and documentation regarding system design, installation, testing, and maintenance procedures.
6.
Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in HVAC technology and industry trends to ensure the provision of innovative solutions.
7.
Regularly inspecting HVAC systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
8.
Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
9.
Ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.
), construction management, or relevant experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems - preferably as a commissioning agent/authority in the MEP space.
3.
Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
4.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve technical issues.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7.
Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.
8.
A strong commitment to health and safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
9.
A proactive and innovative approach, with the ability to stay abreast of the latest advancements in HVAC technology and industry trends.
