This role offers the opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills while playing a crucial part in installing HVAC systems and delivering exceptional service. Compensation:
Up to $50,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities: Support the lead technician with various install responsibilities Follow company policies and manufacturer's specifications for installing HVAC equipment Proficient in low and high voltage wiring, brazing, soldering, and working with flex and sheet metal duct systems Safely connect gas lines to heating equipment Lift and handle items weighing up to 100lbs safely Work in challenging temperature conditions for extended periods Perform physical activities such as climbing, crouching, crawling, and kneeling repeatedly Conduct tests to ensure the proper function of HVAC systems Knowledgeable in various HVAC systems, including split, packaged, and hybrid configurations Familiar with commonly used brands such as SpacePak, Lennox, Amana, Crown, NTI, and Daikin Experienced with thermostats, including models from Honeywell and Ecobee Soft Skills: Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Collaborate in a teamwork environment with superiors, peers, and leads. Display a personable and professional demeanor with both customers and the team. Keys to Success: Ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks. Utilize tablets to minimize paperwork. Maintain positive customer reviews for more bonuses. Collaborate effectively with lead. Valid driver's license with a clean record and work authorization.
