Hvac Installation Technician (Commercial/Industrial)

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, HVAC Installation Technician to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of various HVAC Equipment including: Packaged RTU, MUA units, Cooling towers, Ductless splits, ChillersTest HVAC equipment components and connections for issuesObserve and test system operation using gauges and test instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and reliable system operationsEstimate, order and install materials required to successfully complete project scope of workKeep accurate records of installation and commissioning reportsRequirements: A minimum of 2 years HVAC installation experience working in commercial and industrial environments.High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of applicable trade school (not required, but a plus)Universal EPA certification (required)Maintain a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment.Communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of OSHA safety regulationsMust be able to work independently and without supervisionMust have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen, background check & work authorization checkPerks: We offer competitive wages, commensurate with experience401K (employer matching)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Generous benefits (Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ Life/ STD/ LTD)Uniform Allowance and Tool AccountPaid time off & holidaysCompany vehicle & cell phoneTechnical training
