Hvac Lead Installer

HVAC Lead Installer Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated business serving the Twin Cities metro and suburban areas. We pride ourselves on our timely service, dedication, and expertise in the heating, venting, and air conditioning field (HVAC). We are currently looking for a Licensed Journeyman Lead Installer to join our team!
Position Summary: To provide quality installations according to company standards including but not limited to; equipment installation, custom ductwork installation, boiler piping, gas lines, and ventilation systems. Assist with training of installation apprentices.
Pay: up to $50.00/hr

Up to 4 weeks a year Work Hours: 7:00am - 4pm, some weekends and evenings
Required Qualifications: Must have 5+ years related HVAC experience 2 years minimum furnace/forced air experience 2 years minimum AC/refrigeration experience Valid driver's license Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Insurable driving record Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Demonstrated organizational skills: site paperwork, job costing information, material lists, etc High School Diploma Qualifications Desired: 2 Year minimum ductwork/sheet metal fabrication 2 Year minimum hot water piping installation experience Able to lay out projects and design basic systems - new construction, remodel/restoration High End Custom Home Experience Journeyman License EPA Certified lead installer, install jobs, hvac install, journeyman installer
