Job summary
Apple Investors Group is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Tech for their Applebee's restaurants and IHOP restaurants.The position involves routine HVAC-refrigeration, building repairs, mechanical and electrical troubleshoots, and plumbing tasks.Candidates should have great communication skills, the ability to work independently and follow directions, and knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
• Perform routine HVAC-refrigeration, building repairs, mechanical and electrical troubleshoots, and plumbing tasks.• Ensure all systems are in good working order at all times.• Adhere to a routine schedule and solve problems in an expedient manner.• Provide excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.• Preferably 3 years of restaurant kitchen equipment repair/maintenance experience.• Knowledge/certification in general maintenance, HVAC-refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding.• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and own tools.• Travel required with reliable transportation.• Flexibility to work all shifts.• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.• Pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background screenings, and have a clean driving record.
