As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing the Greater-Boston Market through a commission-based pay structure for residential HVAC sales. This position will report to the Sales Director and work in coordination with the Operations Manager to design, sell, and implement projects.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a successful track record over a consistent time period in HVAC and/or Sales. Candidates must be highly detail oriented, possess stellar interpersonal communication skills, and display a strong ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop the Greater Boston Market for HVAC residential servicesAttain time-bound sales production goals through commission-based business development and sales effortsPerform engineering calculations during sales consultationsParticipate in community events, networking opportunities, and various marketing/business development effortsAssist the Sales and Install team in various efforts and tasksAdhere to APHAC compliance, ethical standards, and sales/tracking proceduresPerformance Expectations: Annual sales production of $3,600,000.00+Marketed Lead conversion rate of 40.00%+Tech-Generated Lead conversion rate of 80.00%Requirements: Proven track record in HVAC/SalesKnowledge of Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Heat Pumps/Mini-Splits, Boilers, Water Heating Equipment, and DuctworkProficiency in financing, loans, and payment calculationsDisplay effective strategies for objection-handling, follow-up processes, and closing salesDetail-oriented, highly-organized, ability to work in fast-paced sales environments through effective communication and time managementStrong interpersonal and written communicationProficiency in Windows, MS Office, Google Workspace, and HVAC-specific CRM/softwarePlease submit your resume for consideration.
