Pay We are flexible in how we structure compensation, based on the needs of the employee. Some HVAC technicians want all base salary, while others prefer performance-based compensation. Identify HVAC problems through inspections and diagnostic procedures. Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC installations and repairs. Close sales by educating customers about our products, services, and maintenance solutions. Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential properties and commercial properties. Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of HVAC systems. Our Hiring Process 1. Fill out the simple application.
