Your New Role: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.Inspect and perform repairs on heating and cooling equipment.Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment.Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings.Ensure the proper connection of gas lines to heating equipment.Pre-measure jobs to determine the right material needed for installation work.Receive, confirm, and load all materials and equipment required for each job into the company vehicle.Provide necessary support to other team members to complete tasks on time as instructed by management.Accurately fill out all paperwork needed for each job.Follow up with clients on repairs and recommendations.Order repair parts through approved vendors. This Job Is for You If: You are committed to delivering top-notch service.You thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment.You are eager to grow personally and professionally every single day. 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.EPA Type II preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Strong decision-making abilities, and verbal and written communication skills.Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings.Experience with HVAC wiring diagrams.Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.Basic understanding of technical devices (smartphone, tablet, iPad, etc.).Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.Ability to pass a background check upon hire.Mechanical-based degree or technical program completion is a plus.Experience in Service Titan.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds periodically.Comfortable with possible exposure to various chemicals.Willingness to travel: 75%.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Ready to Join Us?
