Work phone, iPad and company gas card!We offer the ability to get your NATE certification in houseWorld-class environmentWe provide year-round workWe provide spiffs and weekly, monthly, and yearly contests Responsibilities:Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty servicesTroubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnosesAdjusting vents, and ductwork for proper airflowEnsuring the condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properlyPerforming emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyDiscussing, selling, and installing IAQ products to the clients to improve air qualityTechnician is responsible to answer their phone via call or text when on call for weekends and over nightKeeping daily logs and records of maintenance functionsKeeping service truck clean inside and outAttend all service meetings on timeGood attendance and being on time to first jobEnsuring compliance with appliance standards and with Health and Safety Act Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent3+ years of HVAC experienceValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able and willing to take and pass a drug screen, physical, and background checkMust be willing to work a rotating on-call scheduleProficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skillsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skillsProficient in reading schematics and work plansAbility to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no noticePhysically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spacesHave the required tools to complete the job promptly and efficientlyEPA certified Type I and Type IIPlease submit a copy of your resume for consideration.
