What you will be doing: Performing service and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment Consulting customer on repairs and indoor air quality needs Providing excellent customer service Once a month on-call rotation, dispatched from home Growing your career! Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years of experience in HVAC service Universal EPA Certified Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial Ability to handle system startup and adjustments Must pass drug and background screens Job Title: HVAC Service Technician - Residential
Work Hours : 40+ hours per week + available overtime
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: $70,000 - $150,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential
Pay Type: Hourly + Commission & Spiffs
