Compensation:
Earn Between $24 to $36 per Hour Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities: Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems to diagnose and identify issues accurately.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, pinpointing problems, and proposing effective solutions to restore optimal functionality.
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
Your attention to detail and technical proficiency will ensure that equipment operates efficiently and reliably, reducing downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Installation and Upgrades: Collaborate with the installation team to set up new HVAC systems and components.
Your ability to follow specifications and work with precision will contribute to seamless installations and upgrades, enhancing the overall quality of our service.
Customer Communication: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical information clearly and offering recommendations for optimal system performance.
Your strong communication skills will build trust and rapport with customers, leaving them confident in the service provided.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, maintenance schedules, and recommendations.
Your organized approach to documentation will contribute to efficient record-keeping and assist in future decision-making processes.
Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Journeyman or Master Technician License.
At least 1 year of relevant HVAC experience.
EPA Certification.
Propane & Natural Gas License Appliance Connection and Service Endorsement.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record.
Willing to work after hours and occasional weekends as necessary.
Be able to sit, stand, and work for extended hours in all weather conditions.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Basic computer skills.
Be able to lift 50+ pounds independently.
Able to operate basic hand and power tools.
