Hvac Technician

We are currently looking for HVAC Technicians to join our maintenance team to conduct work at our properties throughout the San Fernando Valley, LA City and South Bay areas.
We are looking for all levels of experience, from entry level to senior level HVAC Technicians.
Duties:Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipmentInspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipmentOperate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repairInstallation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systemsRequirements:CA Driver's LicenseOwn a reliable truck or vanExperience Troubleshooting and Repairing various HVAC SystemsEPA Certification for HVAC tech is a mustSchedule:Monday-Friday, 8a-5pAvailable after hours or weekends for emergencies
