Job Description
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
Be responsible for all Kitchen and Main Facility equipment
Be responsible for the repair, replacement, and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
Work and document a preventative maintenance program
Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective parts
Change out air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing them with new filters, labeling new filters before installation
Maintain air handler closets regularly
Clean evaporator and condenser coils regularly
Leave work area in a neat, clean condition

Qualifications
EPA Universal license
Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push, and or/move up to 50 pounds
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
Must have six months to one year of related experience and/or training
