Job Description
As a member of the Renovations team, you will:
Demolish walls using appropriate equipment and tools.
Cut and install deadwood bracing for drywall.
Dismantle forms and remove projections from concrete walls.
Mount pipe hangers and cut and attach insulating materials.
Smooth and finish freshly poured popcorn.
Apply joint compound over surfaces for protection.
Apply mildewcide where necessary.
Spray material such as water, vinyl and paint through a hose to clear coat or seal surfaces such as walls, concrete, roof, marble, terrazzo, or wood flooring.
Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, and movement to conform to specifications.
Correct water leak problems, repair damage.
Receive work orders from other departments.
Communicate with managers and team members, contractors, and manufacturers.
Leave the work area in a clean, neat, and safe condition.

Qualifications
Three to five years experience in the above duties preferred.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds (with assistance or extra equipment if necessary).
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts.
