Job Title: HVAC TI Sales/Estimating/Project Manager Location: San Diego, CA Job Summary We seek a motivated and experienced HVAC TI Sales/Estimating/Project Manager to join our San Diego, CA team. The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history and a strong background in HVAC project management. Key Responsibilities Lead the estimation process for HVAC tenant improvement projects, typically $100,000 to $1.5 million. Provide accurate project scopes, cost estimates, and timelines. Oversee and manage HVAC projects in sectors like hospitals, schools, high-rises, airports, and hotels. Ensure projects are timely, within budget, and meet quality standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of all project phases. Utilize Bluebeam and Microsoft Project to manage project details, from estimating to scheduling, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Qualifications Prior hands-on field experience in HVAC service or construction or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years of experience managing smaller-scale commercial HVAC projects under $1.5 million, with an average project size between $100,000 and $500,000. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is essential. Familiarity with commercial project work in healthcare, education, hospitality, and large-scale public infrastructure (hospitals, schools, airports, high-rises, etc.). Candidates with experience working for large commercial mechanical contractors will be strongly considered. Local candidates with a stable work history in the San Diego area are preferred.
