Hvac Truck Based Technical Team Lead Mechanic (Union)

We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.How you will do itThe Technical Team Lead (TTL) must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire and /or mechanical equipment service industry.  Interaction with customers, ability, and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs, scheduling, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate and tech savvy and can develop, close, and manage all types of quoted work. What we look forRequiredRequires a Mechanical Journeyman License  5+ years of residential / light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience. Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge. Good verbal and written communication skillsThis is a Bargaining Unit Position.
