Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a DevOps coach in an application development group for one of our largest employers in the upstate. This role will require that qualified candidates have a technical background in order to propose solutions, but will also need to have a proactive, business acumen that allows them to observe and propose solutions that align with the group's transformation programs and initiatives. In this role, he or she will need to be ready to get imbedded with teams, understand what they are trying to achieve, call things out, and have an effective ability to propose change. Candidates will work a hybrid schedule in Greenville, SC - 50% of their time is expected to be centered around coaching and the other 50% will be special projects and technical conversation (including but not limited to: automation, technical documentation, improved processes for coding and developing, etc.).
