Hydraulic Regional Sales - Northwest

Hydraulic Regional Salesperson - NorthwestOur client is seeking a Hydraulic Regional Salesperson - Northwest to support growth in the sales department while building business-to-business relationships. This position offers a highly competitive compensation package with an opportunity to earn additional compensation based on sales and an excellent benefits package.
TERRITORY: Northwest - OR, WA, ID, UT, MT, WY (Candidate can reside in any one of the Territory states)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and sell company components and system solutions.Read and understand hydraulic circuitry.Analyze technical requirements for customer-specific solutions.Plan the development and growth of sales territory by actively managing current and potential customer accounts through direct sales or distribution.Establish annual sales and expense budgets within assigned territory with sales strategies.Use effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to successfully network within assigned territory to identify sales opportunities.Provide training and directives to authorized distributors in assigned territory.Develop a plan for after-sales service processes.Demonstrate effective problem-solving and organization skills.QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Engineering, Sales, or related field.Technical Degree (2 yr.) and Fluid Power Certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within 1 year of employment.Knowledge and experience working with mobile hydraulic systems and schematics.Successful sales experience in a Region/Territory.Valid U.S. Driver's License.Travel up to 50% in assigned territory.BENEFITS: Extremely competitive compensation plan and great company benefits.Universal Search Associates (dba Fluid Power Connections) is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action recruiting company.All highly qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to citizenship status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by law.Due to the expected amount of responses, only qualified applicants will be contacted by Craig Novins.
