Duties:
Handles transactions for services and parts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Reconciliation of customer bills is a key responsibility.
•Receipt of cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers, with accurate recording of received amounts.
•Provision of change to customers and issuance of receipts.
•Handling of customer complaints with integrity and composure; referral of dissatisfied customers to the
appropriate individuals for resolution when necessary.
•Assistance to the service and parts department by providing heavy telephone coverage.
•Provision of clerical and secretarial support to parts and service departments.
•Maintenance of a professional appearance at all times.
•Ensuring a neat and clean work area.
