We are looking for a talented and versatile I.T. Senior Software Programmer with extensive experience in Salesforce development. The I.T. Senior Software Programmer will be responsible for requirements gathering, designing, developing, and maintaining software on various platforms to enhance user experience and streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understand of the Salesforce Service and B2B modules as well as experience in low-code, extensible cloud platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate and Monday.com. This position is located in Livonia, MI. As an I.T. Senior Software Programmer you will:Develop and customize Salesforce applications to support business processes and improve customer relationship managementSupport production software and software processes based on customer expected level of operational supportTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all platformsCapture and document customer, user, and technical software requirementsDevelop solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate processes and provide data insightsConfigure and optimize Monday.com workflows and data integrations to enhance product utilizationUnderstand and implement measures to protect software and track, identify and eliminate security threatsMinimum qualifications to be considered:U.S. citizenship requiredBachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years proven development experience in Salesforce Service CloudSalesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification Background in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designExperience in building custom solutions and data integrations for business needsProficiency in Apex, Salesforce's proprietary programming language for developing custom applications and triggersKnowledge of Visualforce for creating custom user interfacesExperience with Salesforce Lightning for building modern, dynamic web applicationsUnderstanding Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for data retrievalA successful candidate may also have:Development experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce moduleFamiliarity with Agile development practicesExperience with project management tools and understanding of workflow processesAbility to train clients and users on how to use and manage their applications and processesHands-on experience developing in Microsoft Power Platform toolsKnowledge of Monday.com, including workflow configuration and automation.Experience with Power Platform, including building apps with Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and creating reports with Power BICreative thinking to design visually appealing and functional websiteKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and client-side frameworks like React or AngularKnowledge of API, REST and SOAP web services development for systems data integrationKnowledge of authentication methods and managing app scopesOur full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid holidays, and more.
