What you'll do Provide technical leadership for the delivery team Responsible for L3 incident resolution- and problem management Bring in effectiveness in terms of change management procedures and change health checks Contribute towards Technology Transformation and drive automation initiatives Understand and articulate complex problems related to the specific technology Interface with community network to retain technology competitiveness. Work with the client team to address escalations and own the resolution during the critical incident scenario Plan and implement major change requests and engineering tasks What you bring to the role 8+ years of technology experience with ForgeRock ForgeOps knowledge or similar IAM Certificate management experience Expertise with Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, Java Azure Cloud Native Security At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 12/31/2024 The annual salary for this position is between $84,000- $134,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
