Title: IC Test Engineer (Burn-in Test) Location: ARDEN HILLS MN (Hybrid) Interview Mode: Phone + Skype IC Burn-in Test Description:
The burn-in test is a process that applies electrical and thermal stress on a semiconductor device to induce inherent failures. During burn-in testing, components on a special burn-in circuit board are stressed at or above their rated operating conditions in order to eliminate any assemblies that would prematurely fail before the rated lifetime of their components. Burn-in is an accepted practice for detecting early failures in a population of semiconductor devices.
