JOB PURPOSE:The Director of Integration Operations plays a central role across the Ice Cream Company Customer Development & entire go-to-market organizations and is a member of the CDLT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As the Customer Development leadership team prepares for accelerated growth in 2025 and beyond, the Head of Integrated Operations will build and then lead a function that sits at the center of the Ice Cream CD organization, accountable for:
Develop reporting, analytics, and automation for the CD organization, inclusive of promo evaluation and pog automation. Will lead all AI utilization with CD.Select, develop and deploy a retail organization that accelerates growth and provides a strong ROI.Leads preparation and execution of the Ice Cream Companies engagements at FMI and NFRA.Develops and deploys world-class training programs that support the CD strategy.Develops, deploys, and measures CD policies and procedures.Leads CD efforts in ERP and other establishment activities.Success Factors:Sales Target Achievement.Forecasting accuracy.Promo ROI improvement.Training and Systems utilization and NPS scores.Industry Survey Scores.Retail ROI.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Bachelor's degree required.10 - 15 years' experience in analytics and automation, with a high level of familiarity working with customer data.Creative problem solver, ability to influence, and clear communication.A player-coach - willing to build as much as lead.Experience in software such as Alteryx, Power BI preferred.Experience in Customer Data Management preferred.Experience in project management.Experience engaging with customers (regularly).ARE YOU EXCITED TO CRAFT THE ICE CREAM FUTURE?Location: Remote - USA
Pay: The pay range for this position is $200,600 to $__**_,___. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
