Job Responsibilities: The Analyst will be involved in every aspect of operation of the inorganic chemistry department including but not limited to sample preparation, sample analysis, method development, data quality review and reporting, training personnel, maintaining instrumentation, etc. Major responsibilities will include the operation of the ICP-AES for analysis of a variety of digested samples and matrices such as minerals and raw products, environmental and industrial hygiene samples, and other complex matrices etc. Qualifications and Requirements: BS degree in Chemistry or related field At least one year experience with operating an ICP-AES or ICP-MS with the ability to review, analyze and interpret relevant analysis data and provide complete data packages.
