Job Responsibilities: Design and Implement IAM Solutions: Develop and implement identity and access management solutions to enhance security and compliance within the organization.System Management: Manage and maintain IAM systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define and manage roles and permissions for user access across the organization.Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor and audit IAM activities to promptly identify and resolve any issues.Third-Party Integration Support: Provide support for the integration of third-party applications with the existing IAM infrastructure.Documentation Development: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IAM procedures and policies.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and technologies to recommend and implement enhancements.Essential Qualifications: IAM Expertise: Proven experience in identity and access management with a solid understanding of IAM technologies.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements related to data protection and user privacy.Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.Desired Experience: Professional Background: 3-5 years of experience in IAM-related roles.Familiarity with IAM Platforms: Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD is a plus.Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and process improvement.Industry Experience: Previous experience in a financial services environment is beneficial.
