Redwood Strategy Group, Inc. is seeking an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Manager in preparation for an award on Navy Financial Operations and Transformation Support (FOTS). This position will be located in the National Capital Region working a hybrid schedule. This position is for W2 employment only. The Manager must have experience managing a multi-award (MA) IDIQ contract vehicle valued at $249M. Must be experienced serving as the corporate lead for capture and proposal response for multiple IDIQ task orders. Must have experience managing multiple subcontract teaming partners. Must have experience establishing and maintaining a positive and successful relationship with the Government's contracting and program staff. Project Delivery Responsibilities: Serves as a leader in Financial Operations, ensuring that a group of professionals are working successfully within the context of complex business environments. Develops business cases, functional and non-functional requirements, feasibility studies, and scope solutions for new solutions. Comprehends, communicates, and guides interrelationships between requirements and solutions, considering both the current and potential future environment. Identifies gaps and shortcomings in solutions and determines necessary workarounds and/or changes to the solutions proposed. Leads process modeling and translates requirements into design. Highly knowledgeable and greatly skilled at assessing and implementing feasible solutions in compliance with government standards and relevant best practices. Leads solution design. Leads formulation and implementation of strategic plans. Coordinates with the client at the SES-level and above.

\n$165,000 - $180,000 a year
Salary is based on years of experience and education as it relates to the position.
