IDS Paralegal (Boston, MA) McCarter & English LLP currently seeks a IDS Paralegal for its Boston, MA office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under general supervision, prepares and files Information Disclosure Statements and performs other IDS/Patent Prosecution related tasks and projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year(s) of IDS experience preferred.

Bachelor's Degree
SKILLS: Comprehensive knowledge of preparation and filing of information disclosure statements
Comprehensive working knowledge of most current USPTO rules and procedures
Extensive knowledge of preparation and filing of information disclosure statements
Comprehensive working knowledge of most current USPTO rules and procedures
Must be organized and detail oriented
Must maintain electronic client files
Knowledge of effective proofreading techniques
Preparation of Section 18 charts
Comprehensive knowledge of IPDAS and cpi
Must work effectively and proactively in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
