The On-Campus Leadership role is designed to give interns experience as ministry leaders and missional catalysts on local college campuses. The role is to be carried out with the assistance and mentorship of IDC's Director of College Discipleship. OCL's will also have active participation in the execution and vision of IDC College's mission and vision.
