Weinstock Immigration Lawyers, is a leading immigration law firm located in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for an Experienced Immigration Attorney. Responsibilities Communicates with clients, employees, and others to answer legal questions, or explain information.
Advises clients during the consultation and throughout the case and prepares applications for citizenship, permanent residence, work visas and a variety of immigration related filings.Interprets law and provides advice on employment-based and family-based immigration issues.Represents clients in various immigration petitions.Maintains accurate record keeping of all customer files and ensures compliance.Achieves a high success rate for full caseloads, including submission of complex RFE and NOID responses.Drafts motions, waivers, applications, request for evidence replies, and appeals to USCIS, EOIR and BIA; May appear in immigration court.Supervise paralegals working on cases and devise case strategy, provide guidance to paralegals, review paralegal work on forms and throughout the case.
Ensure paralegals perform with detail and accuracy.Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must relocate to Atlanta, GA area
Law license in a U.S. state
Minimum 5 years in-depth immigration law experience
