Immigration Attorney

We are assisting a regional law firm with their need for a contract immigration attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and employment immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, labor certification, compliance, and global mobility. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, provide strategic counsel to corporate clients, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide range of corporate and employment immigration matters, including H-1B, H-2, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3, PERM, Physician and Nursing Visas, and many more Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to corporate clients on immigration compliance and employment-related immigration matters. Manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Prepare, file, and monitor petitions and applications with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Labor (DOL), and other government agencies. Drafting, preparing for court hearings, etc. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active bar admission and in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and employment immigration law. Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and processes, particularly relating to corporate and employment immigration. Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong client service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work at least 30 hours a week.
