Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking an Immigration Law Paralegal Or Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal court proceedings Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents Assist with intake and preparing immigration forms and supporting documentation for attorney review. File application with Immigration Court and serve on Immigration and Customs Enforcement Chief Counsel. Record and store client information ? Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field Familiarity with legal research Knowledge and proficiency in preparing Immigration forms and application to be filed with immigration court. Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Must be bilingual; English/Spanish
