A busy Immigration Law firm in Tucker, Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Paralegal.

You will play a key role in providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients, contributing to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities: Case Management: Prepare, file, and meticulously track a variety of immigration applications and petitions, including family-based, employment-based, naturalization, and asylum cases.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing timely updates on case status, addressing their questions, and efficiently gathering necessary documentation.
Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research on complex immigration matters, analyze case facts, and prepare well-structured legal memoranda and briefs.
Document Preparation: Draft and edit a wide array of legal documents with precision, including affidavits, letters, and forms.
Hearing Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing for immigration hearings, including gathering evidence, preparing witnesses, and organizing exhibits.
Calendar Management: Maintain and update case calendars with diligence, ensuring all deadlines are met and filings are submitted in a timely manner.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including managing files, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.

Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedures, including family-based, employment-based, naturalization, and asylum cases Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
