Overview Responsible to ensure smooth set up and on boarding of new clients and provide ongoing technical and process support for existing clients and staff as it relates to all accounting & credit functions.
Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to completion of duties.
Responsibilities Onboard and train all new clients on Accounting practices by initiating or partaking in Welcome calls and beyond.
Send Exception reporting for all new clients until fully transitioned.
Complete all research related to new client payments.
Answer client questions and resolve issues regarding software, reports, processes, and procedures while delivering superior customer service.
Support and strategize with Credit and Accounting team Help develop, test and roll out customer reports as requested by client.
Coordinate buyouts across departments Ensure client is familiar with how to submit new customers and follows credit policy.
Analyze client position and its ability to handle the current obligations due Advance.
Identify significant changes within client business operations and determine proper action to safeguard Advance's position.
Prepare and present accurate reports regarding client base.
Potential risk factors are identified promptly.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline - Preferred 3 years of experience in accounting or related field Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $51,500 - $77,427.18 annually.
Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
